Cancellation and Refund Terms:

– Reservations cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival: Full refund

– Reservations cancelled 48-72 hours prior to arrival: 50% refund

– Reservations cancelled less than 48 hours prior to arrival: No refund

– No-shows: No refund

Refund Processing:

– Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
– Refunds issued through original payment method

Requesting a Refund:

– Booking Reference Number
– Reason for Cancellation

1.2 Room availability not guaranteed after 6 PM on arrival date.
